The Trinity in Scripture

I have heard the foolish explanation that the Hebrew word Elohim that Moses uses here in Genesis proves that there are multiple gods.

Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”
Genesis 1:26 NKJV

You MUST use Scripture to interpret Scripture just as you MUST use math to interpret math. Google the substitution method for a prime example.

Listen. Moses wrote Genesis, and Deuteronomy. Either Moses what a man with serious dementia, or he was consistent in his theology and knowledge of God. Obviously the later must be true, else you might as well throw your Bible in the garbage. Since the later is true, we can safely use this verse to interpret Genesis 1:26.

“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord  is one!"
Deuteronomy 6:4 NKJV

Sola Scriptura is a MUST in order to abide in Truth. The Triune God is ABSOLUTELY in Scripture.
